Coming Soon — Mighty In Sorrow: A Tribute to David Tibet & Current 93

mightyinsorrow

I’m proud to announce my inclusion in MIGHTY IN SORROW, a David Tibet / Current 93 Tribute Anthology edited by Jordan Krall.

On a personal level, I “discovered” Current 93 in 1986 thru an alternative music store on the campus of Ball State University. My all-consuming interest in Crowley at the time was certainly a factor in my diving into Tibet’s world. I stayed because David and I shared a passion for eschatology and my recent interest in Kenneth Grant found me among, it seemed, kindred spirits.

When I learned that a group of authors were coming together to honor with their craft the sublime and apocalyptic works of Mr. Bunting, I knew I had to be counted among their number. And once I heard that by doing so I’d be sharing a Table of Contents not only with my friend Nicole Cushing, but also one of my literary idols, Thomas Ligotti, how could I not contribute?

Here’s a complete list of those appearing in MIGHTY IN SORROW: A Tribute to David Tibet & Current 93 —

Andrew Liles – Foreword
